How do I make order?
Log in to your account; sign up if you have not created one.
Go to “SHOP” or “COLLECTION” from top navigation menu to explore ED HARDY’s tattoo arts fashion.
Select your favourite piece(s), choose the Color and pick your Size (Find out your size by clicking “SIZE GUIDE” on the item’s page) and click “ADD TO CART”.
Once all items are added, click on the “CART ICON” to view your added items, apply Coupon Code (if any) and proceed to “CHECKOUT”.
Enter your Billing Details and Choose Your Payment, to complete your order.

How do I receive order confirmation?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an Email Confirmation before we start preparing it.
The email contains:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The order amount
- The number of item(s) ordered
- Your billing and delivery addresses

Shipping is FREE for purchase with RM100 and above, RM10 shipping fee will be charged for purchase less than RM100.

How long does delivery takes?
Delivery within Malaysia will take approximately 3-6 business days, delivery to Singapore will take 7-10 business days while International Delivery will take approximately 7-14 business days.
How to track my delivery order?
On the day your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email which will include your tracking number and a link to the courier companies tracking website.

Due to the fact that we can’t be aware of the discrepancies on the amount of Customs Duties and Taxes, the recipient must assume responsibility to ensure that the taxes and duties are paid from the recipient’s end. Which currencies can I shop in?
Currencies are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and United States Dollar (USD). If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in USD for a competitive exchange rate subject to changes from time to time.

How to make return & exchange?
We offer return & exchanges policy as the following:
- Items must be returned and exchange within 15 days from receiving date
- Still have the original tags attached and packaging intact
- Be in new, unworn, saleable condition, determined by ED HARDY upon inspection
The shipping and postage fee for returned item is bear by the buyer.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your parcel, we will process your return with confirmation email and process of refund will be within 30 days from confirmation of our email.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method depending on the processing time of your payment provider.

No. Membership is free and open to every customer.
IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP CARD?
There is no membership card. You only need to provide your identity information when shop online and at physical store.
WILL MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE?
Ed Hardy® membership will ONLY expire automatically if it is inactive for FIVE (5) years from date of registration or last date of activities.
WHY DO YOU NEED MY MYKAD FOR REGISTRATION?
We can quickly identify you as Ed Hardy® member from your MYKAD. Please make sure your registered name is the same as your MYKAD.
WILL ED HARDY STORE STAFF KNOW I AM A MEMBER?
You will need to present your MyKad, registered Malaysian mobile number or other identity information every time you visit any Ed Hardy® physical store.
WHAT BENEFITS DO I HAVE AS AN ED HARDY MEMBER?
Ed Hardy Member is entitled to 10% off for physical store purchase for normal items and reward points, special promotions and extra 10% off on birthday month.
HOW DOES THE POINT REWARD SYSTEM WORKS?
RM1/ $1USD is equal to 1 Point; 10 Points is converted to RM1/ 1 USD
HOW TO REDEEM E-VOUCHER AT PHYSICAL STORE?
Ed Hardy Member is entitled to redeem RM50 e-Voucher for every 500 Points earned. RM50 E-vouchers are valid per 1 transaction only and non-cumulative. An e-Voucher code will be given when member contact Ed Hardy® at https://wa.me/60103686276 for voucher redemption.
Terms and conditions for RM50 e-Voucher is as following:
- Valid 60 days after voucher generated.
- Valid on normal item only.
- Vouchers cannot be accumulated. One voucher per single receipt only.
- Not exchangeable for cash.
- Redeemable at any Ed Hardy® physical store.
CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON SHARE A MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT?
No. Ed Hardy® MY membership, benefits and points are non-transferrable, not exchangeable for cash and cannot be shared with family members, friends or others.
I SIGNED UP FOR MEMBERSHIP IN MALAYSIA, CAN I USE MY POINTS IN ANOTHER COUNTRIES?
No. Your Ed Hardy® points are only valid for the membership program in Malaysia ONLY.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY POINTS DO I HAVE?
Visit any Ed Hardy® physical store and present your identity information for points checking, or you can check your accumulated points on www.edhardy.com.my
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Ed Hardy® member points have validity of 24 months (730 days) from your last date of purchase.
Customer Reward Point
Due to technical isssues in our CRM system, we regret to inform that effective 1/3/2023 until further notice, member / customer will not be able to earn any more reward points purchasing online. However, in compensate for the loss of points reward, members / customers with immediate effect will entitle to a special 20% discount purchasing online.
However, customer still be able to redeem points purchasing offline at Ed Hardy Store.
